- 4-5 lb turkey breast bone-in
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Wood pellets pecan or cherry
Preheat pellet grill to 225°F.
