Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 lb turkey breast bone-in
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Wood pellets pecan or cherry

Instructions
 

  • Preheat pellet grill to 225°F.
  • Rub turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Place turkey on grill, skin side up. Smoke for 2 hours.
  • Baste with melted butter and continue smoking until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
