- 2 prepared pie crusts
- 6 Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Wood pellets applewood
Preheat pellet grill to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix apples, sugars, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cornstarch.
Roll out one pie crust in a greased pie pan, pour apple mixture, and dot with butter.
