6. Smoked Vegetable Medley

Recipes Guide
A smoked vegetable medley transforms fresh, colorful veggies into a flavor-packed side dish with a delicious wood-fired aroma. Grilled on a pellet smoker, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and onions develop a tender, slightly charred texture while absorbing the deep smokiness of the grill. Lightly seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and herbs, this dish is both healthy and irresistibly tasty. Serve alongside smoked meats or enjoy as a hearty, plant-based main course!
