Smoked mac and cheese takes comfort food to the next level with its creamy, cheesy goodness infused with rich wood-fired smokiness. Cooked in a cast-iron skillet on a pellet grill, this dish features a blend of melty cheddar, smoked gouda, and creamy béchamel sauce, all topped with golden, crispy breadcrumbs. The slow smoking process adds a deep, smoky depth that pairs perfectly with BBQ meats or stands alone as a show-stopping side dish.
